I NEED TO RESCHEDULE THE SHOOT DATE. WHEN SHOULD I LET YOU KNOW?

If you need to change the date of the shoot please let us know at least six months in advance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED YOU TO FILM AN OUTDOORS EVENT AND IT'S RAINING ON THE DAY OF THE SHOOT?

We will attempt to film the event to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee satisfactory coverage. It is important that you organise adequate shelter for us in these circumstances as we cannot risk having our equipment damaged. If such circumstances do arise, we may ask that the shoot be rescheduled, if possible.

WHEN AND WHERE WILL THE FIRST (I.E. EVALUATION) COPY OF MY VIDEO BE READY FOR VIEWING?

We will endeavour to have an evaluation copy of your video ready for your appraisal within 1 month, though it may be completed sooner. The video will be uploaded to a password-protected webpage and we will provide you with the relevant details needed to access it.

WHAT IF I'M NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE EVALUATION COPY OF MY VIDEO?

We’ll be happy to amend the video until you’re completely happy with it, assuming the changes are minor in nature. Minor changes include amendments to the music, titles, selection and timing of camera angles, order of events and video aesthetics. More significant changes such as requesting a highlights video when a full-length edit was originally requested will incur additional charges.

HOW LONG AFTER THE SHOOT DO YOU RETAIN A COPY OF THE RAW FOOTAGE?

We will retain all raw footage from the event for six months after the project is finalised. After this time the footage may be deleted.
